Through its grants, the REALTORS® Community Foundation (RCF) seeks to support projects and/or programs that are actively working to transform the lives of people in our community. The deadline for grant applications is Friday, September 30, 2022 at 4:30 p.m.
Send completed applications to BRR Director of Events, Marind Amano, who also can be reached via phone ((208) 946-5721) with any questions.
The following are general guidelines by which grant applications are reviewed and prioritized:
- Organization must be a 501(c)(3) charitable organization as classified by the IRS.
- Organization and its grant-related project/program must be located within Ada, Elmore, or Gem County.
- Grant-related projects/programs must address a specific, housing-related need, with preference given to those offering long-term benefits and/or impacting a significant number of people.
- The RCF does not fund organizations located outside Ada, Elmore, and Gem County, general operating expenses, denominational education, travel or lodging expenses, or individual/team sponsorships.
To increase awareness and engagement among the REALTOR® community, the RCF and Boise Regional REALTORS® will be inviting members to help select the organizations who will receive grants in 2023. Applications will first be narrowed down by the Foundation Board of Directors, and the final four or five grantees for 2023 will be selected by our members through an online poll held in Q4-2022.
Please note: Applicants that are not selected by our members still may be eligible for a grant.
The mission of the REALTORS® Community Foundation is to improve the quality of life in the Boise region through housing-related projects and grants.
