Hello BRR members,
Welcome to the October 2019 Market Report on the new boirealtors.com! Typically, we’ll have our analysis for Ada, Elmore, and Gem County market data here, but the vendor that generates the reports from the Intermountain MLS that serve as the backbone of the reports BRR produces each month has experienced a delay and those reports have not been generated yet.
Despite this delay, we wanted to provide you with our reports and graphics as soon as we could, so BRR generated the October 2019 statistics manually on November 15, 2019, a few days later than normal. These reports and graphics may be adjusted and re-released at a later date.
A quick note regarding the reports and statistics – Since Canyon County is not part of BRR’s jurisdiction, we don’t report on Canyon County market trends. However, we realize our members also work in Canyon County so members can access links to Canyon County snapshots and reports in the Market Report email, or after logging into our Market Statistics Archive page.
If you’re a BRR member and you’re not seeing the Market Report email, try these troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure you’re subscribed (we can’t send it to you if you’ve opted out!). If you’re subscribed, go on to step 2.
- Search your inbox for “@boirealtors.com,” as we may have ended up in your junk folder. If so, add us as a contact or to your safe sender list so you can see future messages from BRR.
- Still not seeing the Market Report email? Contact cassie@boirealtors.com or annie@boirealtors.com and we’ll see if we can figure it out.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through this process.
Sincerely,
Cassie Zimmerman
Director of Communications

The data reported is based primarily on the public statistics provided by the IMLS. These statistics are based upon information secured by the agent from the owner or their representative. The accuracy of this information, while deemed reliable, has not been verified and is not guaranteed. These statistics are not intended to represent the total number of properties sold in the counties or cities during the specified time period. The IMLS and BRR provide these statistics for purposes of general market analysis but make no representations as to past or future performance. The term “single-family homes” includes detached single-family homes with or without acreage, as classified in the IMLS. These numbers do not include activity for mobile homes, condominiums, townhomes, land, commercial, or multi-family properties (like apartment buildings).
