As mentioned in the Broker Bulletin, members are welcome to use this template response letter from NAR to help in responding to demand letters that claim that the Fair Housing Act requires real estate professionals to maintain accessible websites. We recommend members reach out to legal counsel and their E&O carrier upon receipt of any demand letters.
