REALTOR® Benefits from BRR

We know how busy you are and that you don’t always have time to research what’s going on at BRR. But take a minute to check out the various member benefits available to you, as they’re designed to help you get things done more efficiently and effectively.

  • BRR’s connections secure seat at the table when issues affecting REALTORS® and homeowners are discussed and decisions are made.
  • For example, RPAC fought to protect REALTORS® and clients’ rights to utilize investment properties as short term rentals.
  • REALTOR® Advocacy has preserved the 1031 like-kind exchange, which encourages investment in real estate and fosters business growth.
  • In Idaho, REALTOR® advocacy has defeated proposals to implement deed transfer taxes.
  • REALTOR® Advocacy has led to infrastructure investments, which improve the overall quality of life in communities and enhance the value of real estate.
  • Nationally and locally, Government Affairs Directors have championed policies and incentives that promote the construction and preservation of affordable housing units.
  • Your earnings are yours to keep — that’s why BRR works hard to maintain partnerships that keep costs low for you.
  • Through The CE Shop, you can save up to 40% on online courses with BRR’s discount codes.
  • When an open house or closing requires that “special touch,” we can assist with your signage and gift needs through our REALTOR® store, full of reasonably priced items.
  • Monthly market reports provide insight into market movement so you can keep your clients educated on the many puzzle pieces that make up our business.
  • Courses at BRR are not your everyday CE. We provide an assortment of industry-related courses outside CORE and fundamentals.
  • Through YOUR Professional Network and our events, you are exposed to industry professionals who can save a sale, propel your business, and problem solve with you.
  • Discounted events for members grant you the benefit of networking with others, without breaking the bank.
  • Our “one-stop-shop” for CE and ethics requirements makes it easy to satisfy your licensing and membership needs. Attend in-person or online.
