Mission Statement:
We strive to foster a culture where diversity and inclusion are integrated into our shared mission to advocate, educate and connect in assisting clients and customers on the path to homeownership.
There is a variety of resources available to increase awareness of inequities in the real estate industry while also boosting your understanding of how you can help close those gaps.
We invite you to explore the general resources (below) as a great starting point. Additionally, educate yourself regarding some of the different Affinity Groups we have listed on the second tab on this page (feel like we’re missing a group? Please contact BRR’s Director of Communications Taylor Gray).
