As author John C. Maxwell once wrote, “A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way.” This week, BRR celebrates the recent installation of Tracy Kasper who has embodied leadership in Idaho since she started in the real estate 30 years ago.
Tracy was installed as National Association of REALTORS® President at NAR’s NXT Conference’s Inaugural Gala in Anaheim, California this Monday.
Idaho’s population has grown from approximately 1 million to nearly double during the time Kasper has been in the industry. She has shown her dedication to a growing, changing market throughout her career — Kasper acted as chair of the 50th Anniversary of RPAC Implementation Group in 2018, was President of the Idaho REALTORS® in 2016 and REALTOR® of the Year in 2016, as well.
While Kasper is a member of the Caldwell Board of REALTORS®, Boise Regional REALTORS® has cheered her on as she paved her way to upper ranks at NAR. We are excited to stand beside her at her upcoming celebration on December 6th and invite our members to do the same.
Attendees will be able to honor a fellow Idaho REALTOR® while also networking with other industry professionals.
