We are excited to share with you that the Four Rivers Association of REALTORS® (FRAOR) has elected to merge with BRR. This will expand BRR’s jurisdiction allowing us to provide services to Ada, Boise, Gem, Elmore, Washington and Payette Counties in Idaho and Malheur County in Oregon, starting in 2025.

But first, we need membership approval to proceed. Therefore, the BRR Board of Directors is calling a special meeting to consider the plan of merger and amendments to BRR’s Bylaws. The BRR Board of Directors recommends the members approve the merger and Bylaw amendments. Members can learn more about the specifics of the merger and find the specific Bylaw changes at the following links:
After reviewing the documents and before voting on their approval, we’ll have a quick open forum, giving members the opportunity to ask questions about the merger.
