We’ve got a party planned and you’re invited! Our upcoming Ribbon Cutting & Open House won’t be a stuffy corporate event with lousy food and snooze-worthy activities. Our community is coming together to celebrate and we’d love to provide you the opportunity to network with industry professionals.

Inside, explore additional benefits that the new building and other affiliates can provide you with, enjoy live music, and strike a pose at our photo booths.

Reserve a sponsorship by filling out this form. The deadline to reserve a sponsorship is Wednesday, May 10th.
We have indoor and outdoor booths available for this event. For just $200, you can be a vendor that our visitors engage with as a way to earn their drink/food tickets for the evening.
Set up your booth inside where you can enjoy live music while you network or outdoors where you can enjoy the scents of our food trucks and action from outdoor games.
- Outdoor (8 available): Booths will be located on the outer edges of our parking lots. Outdoor games and canopies (10’x10′ maximum) are encouraged. If power is needed, please bring a generator.
- Indoor (6 available): Booths will be set up throughout our indoor space (offices, board room, and classrooms).
Note that all Ribbon Cutting & Open House sponsorships have these marketing benefits:
- Logo on event signage and marketing materials
- Logo on event website
- Recognition in event recap
- Opportunity to distribute materials in attendee goody bags or at booth (dependent on sponsorship type)
Want to get more bang for your buck? Save $125 off a booth package by purchasing your spot for our May 17th Ribbon Cutting AND our limited-space 2023 Strategic Symposium (previously known as the Member Expo) on Thursday, September 7th. Sold separately, both sponsorship opportunities would cost $700 but are discounted to $575 for those who secure a booth package by Wednesday, May 10th.
