BOISE REGIONAL REALTORS® ANNOUNCE 2024 CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE AWARD WINNERS
Boise Regional REALTORS® (BRR) named the 2024 Circle of Excellence Award recipients at its 2024 Gala on Friday, March 8, 2024:
- NEW — Andy Enrico REALTOR® Legacy Award: Andy Enrico
- REALTOR® of the Year: Andrea Anderson
- Broker of the Year: Kit Fitzgerald
- Rookie of the Year: Lindsay Kennedy
- Affiliate of the Year: Stephanie Johnson
- Code of Ethics Leadership Award: Annie Valentine
- Good Neighbor Award: Jamie Matzdorff
- Unsung Hero Award: Lori Otter
The Andy Enrico REALTOR® Legacy Award was created in 2024 to highlight the rippling effect of powerful leadership, profound connection, steadfast advocacy, and ethical commitment. The award is for a lifetime of giving to the members of the Local, the State, and National Association of REALTORS®. Our first-ever recipient is Andy Enrico.
The REALTOR® of the Year award is the highest honor BRR bestows upon one of its members, recognizing the personal and professional accomplishments, as well as the community contributions of an outstanding REALTOR® member. This year’s REALTOR® of the Year is Andrea Anderson with The Agency.
Kit Fitzgerald of Equity Northwest Real Estate was named BRR’s 2024 Broker of the Year. This award recognizes an individual’s achievements in their role as broker, as well as their commitment to the industry.
Lindsay Kennedy with Homes of Idaho was selected as BRR’s 2024 Rookie of the Year. This award is given to an individual who has established themselves as a rising star in the industry within their first two years of joining BRR.
The Affiliate of the Year Award is given to a real estate professional who gives back to the real estate industry and supports BRR’s mission and its members. This year’s recipient was Stephanie Johnson with Fairway Independent Mortgage.
Annie Valentine with Fathom Realty was selected as the 2024 Code of Ethics Leadership Award recipient. This award is given to a REALTOR® who exemplifies what it means to abide by the industry’s national Code of Ethics in their dealings with clients, the public, and other real estate professionals.
Jamie Matzdorff with Keller Williams Realty Boise was selected as the 2024 Good Neighbor Award winner. This award recognizes a REALTOR® who volunteers time and resources to the community through volunteerism.
Lori Otter with Amherst Madison was selected for the 2024 Unsung Hero Award. This award is presented by BRR’s immediate past president and recognizes someone who was invaluable to their year as president and who makes a positive impact on our community or industry.
BRR’s 2023 Circle of Excellence Production Awards
Boise Regional REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Production Awards recognize REALTOR® members whose production volume reaches defined levels for the year as reported in the Intermountain MLS. Not all members or teams who qualify for a production award are listed. Participants have elected to apply and have submitted the application fee. Net proceeds from the awards will help build new affordable homes and rentals in our communities through BRR’s Housing Affordability Initiative in support of the LEAP Housing Trust.
