BRR will host the REALTOR® Awards Celebration on Friday, March 10, 2023 and will announce all of our award winners in a special 24-page Production Award Newspaper Ad in the Saturday, March 11, 2023 edition of the Idaho Press. Benefits:

- Ads can be developed by advertiser, or advertiser can have ad developed by Idaho Press designers.
Restrictions:
- Ads are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability may vary based on print space and may vary from what is listed below.
- Ads may not include BRR’s name, logo, Circle of Excellence awards name, or Circle of Excellence logo without prior approval.
- Brokerages may congratulate agents, but it’s preferred they do not reference specific BRR Circle of Excellence production award levels and instead rely on their own records.
- The verification process is difficult and not guaranteed to be accurate with the tight printing and draft deadlines.
- Sometimes brokerages have agents who are not BRR members and are ineligible for BRR’s awards who they would like to recognize. This is completely understandable and allowable as long as there is no reference to BRR’s awards in the ad as it may be misleading.
- Ads may be restricted based on industry, so an ad for the same services are not present on the same page.
- Ads cannot feature listings, anti-competitive or disparaging language about anyone or any business model type, and per IREC’s rules, no recruiting or mention of commissions or fees.
- Promoted events need to be open to everyone, and BRR will not promote classes also offered by BRR.
- BRR reserves the right to determine if the content is suitable on a case-by-case basis.
- Ads are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Additional Ad Specs:
- Vector (EPS or Illustrator) preferred; 300 dpi resolution, JPG or PNG images also accepted. No Word Docs or GIFs for logos, please.
- Ads are full-color, no bleed

- Payment is due in full by Thursday, February 16, 2023
