Phil Mount, Front Street Brokers
Phil Mount is an REALTOR® at Front Street Brokers. Phil became a licensed REALTOR® in August 2009 after a 25 year career as a technology marketing professional. In his first year as a REALTOR® Phil was recognized in the Association’s Circle of Excellence as among the top 10 percent producers, a distinction he maintains today. Phil holds two professional designations: GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) and ePRO, focused on technology marketing.
Phil serves on the Board of Directors at BRR, and was the BRR Treasurer in 2015. He currently serves as the Chair of the Political Affairs Committee and sits on the Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC). In 2011, he chaired the Member Communications Committee.
Additionally, Phil is also a State Director of the Idaho Realtors® (IR). For IR, Phil is Vice-Chair of the Legislative Affairs Committee and is a Public Policy Trustee. NAR recognized Phil as a RPAC Sterling R in 2013, 2014 and 2015. In 2015 Phil became a member of the RPAC President’s Circle.
Phil is a 2015 graduate of the IR Leadership Academy. He holds an MBA in International Marketing and a BBA in Production and Operations Management, both from Boise State University. For fun, Phil enjoys co-hosting the Boise Real Estate Radio show, broadcasting every Thursday at 3:00 on KRBX 89.9.

Bob is currently the broker of ERA West Wind. Previously, he was the Owner/Broker of Century 21. He currently serves as IMLS Treasurer and Elmore County Board MLS Representative. He has 23 years of experience as a Realtor® here in Boise.
“I’ve been a ACAR, BRR member Realtor here in Boise for 23 years, agent, owner of a franchise and Broker. I am currently the Broker for ERA West Wind Realty and currently a Board Member for IMLS. I also serve on the Elmore County Board of Realtors. Debbi Myers, Front Street Brokers
Debbi Myers has served the Boise market as a Realtor since 1996 and as a broker since 2000. She is currently the managing broker at Front Street Brokers in Boise. Debbi is an Idaho Real Estate Commission (IREC)-certified instructor who is this year’s chairperson of the BRR Education Committee. She has served on that and other committees, in addition to various task forces, for several years. Debbi is passionate about making education a foundation for the real estate industry. She mentors other agents and believes that all real estate professionals should strive together to maintain an educated, collaborative and professional membership of Realtors in the Treasure Valley.

Carolyn Sinnard, Happy Dog Realty
Carolyn Sinnard is the owner and Designated Broker of Happy Dog Realty, LLC. She is a member of the Brokers Council of Idaho, and is on the Board of Directors of the Intermountain MLS. She serves on the Boise Regional REALTORS® Education committee and on the Idaho Realtors Education Committee
Carolyn is a graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). She also holds two Real Estate designations, the ABR® Designation and the SRES Designation. Additionally, Carolyn teaches Continuing Education classes including Post License and Ethics to Realtors. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Wyoming and a Master’s degree in Adult Education from the University of Idaho. She is actively involved in her community currently serving on the Meridian Mayor’s Senior Advisory Board. In the past, she has served on the Meridian Valley Humane Society Board, Meridian Senior Center Advisory Board, was the past president of the Meridian Chamber of Commerce and Canyon County United Way Board of Directors. Ed Sperry, Equity Idaho Real Estate
Ed Sperry has served the Real Estate Industry as a full time agent, manager, or designated broker since 1978. Ed has owned five different brokerages including small boutique brokerages, a Keller Williams franchise, and currently owns and manages the Idaho branch of a National Real Estate Company, Equity Idaho Real Estate. Ed Has trained over 1,000 great agents and truly cares about people and, their success. One of his current agents was Rookie Salesman of the year for 2015.
Ed served as a Green Beret Medic on a combat dive team during the late 60’s and early 70’s. He eventually retired as an Operations and Intelligence Sargent for a Special Forces “A” Team. The skills he learned as a Team Sargent including Leadership, Team Building, Discipline, Commitment to mission, and cooperation have served him well in the Real Estate Industry and would make Ed a valuable contributing member of the BRR Board of Directors.
Ed Currently serves as the Public Member of the State Board of Pharmacy. He has served on the Medical Board, The Chiropractic Board, The Licensed Clinical Social Workers Board, The Physical Therapy Board, and The Psychology Board. He has also served a committee assignment for The National Association of Boards of Pharmacy.

John Thomas, Skyline Realty
John Thomas attended Boise State where he studied for a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and master’s degree in Business Administration. After business school, John went on to study for the Series 7 exam thinking that financial advising was in his future. Around this time, his cousin introduced him to the Boise real estate market and he fell in love with all of the possibilities within the real estate industry. He began his real estate career in September 2013 with Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Group before moving to Boise Premier Real Estate in November 2014. In July 2015, John opened Skyline Realty with Jordan McCrea. He obtained his broker’s license and took over as the designated broker for Skyline in April 2016.

Hailing from Long Island, New York, Gail and her family moved to Boise, Idaho from Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 1987. She was licensed as a REALTOR® in 1992. Gail was honored by BRR (formerly ACAR) as the 1998 REALTOR® OF THE YEAR and was the President of the Association in 1999. Gail is currently a National Director and NAR’s Federal Political Coordinator for Congressman Mike Simpson. She is also an RPAC Golden R – President’s Circle – Hall of Fame member. She serves on the BRR Political Action Committee, and was the 2015 Chair of RPAC Fundraising. In 2016, NAR President, Tom Salomone appointed Gail to his Extended Leadership Team as the Committee Liaison for Public and Federal Issues
Gail’s history of service at the State and National level is strong. Carey Farmer’s passion for Boise and love of Idaho has been a driving force throughout her life. Graduating from Boise State as a proud Bronco, Carey entered the medical profession as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist at St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center. While enjoying helping people on a daily basis, Carey felt compelled to become an architect of her own destiny and in 2003 jumped into the world of real estate to become a Realtor®.
Carey worked her way up the ladder one client at a time, growing her brand and reputation.
