The mission of the REALTORS® Community Foundation is to improve the quality of life in the Boise region through housing-related projects and grants.

The association incorporated the Foundation in 1995 as a 501(c)(3) organization. The Foundation is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Boise Regional REALTORS® managed by its own Board of Directors. Since its inception, the Foundation has provided over $1.7 million in grants to qualifying, local non-profit organizations. 2018 grant recipients include:

  • Boise Valley Habitat for Humanity
  • Charitable Assistance To Community’s Homeless (CATCH)
