Online ticket sales start Thursday, February 1, 2018, at 10:00 a.m.
Tickets are $65 per person

All tickets are available for purchase online through Eventbrite.

This is a ticketed event – you and your guests will need a physical ticket, or digital version, for admission. No more hunting for names on a list! You will have the opportunity to select your seats and/or table from the seating map! Tickets are sure to go quickly so be sure to purchase early.

Gala FAQs - Classy
Can I purchase tickets in person or over the phone?
No. All ticket sales are online via Eventbrite.

I need to purchase multiple tables, is there a maximum number of tickets I can purchase per transaction? 
The Eventbrite ticketing system can process a maximum of 100 tickets (10 tables) per transaction. If you need more than 100 tickets you will have to make two separate transactions.

When is the Gala?
Friday, March 2, 2018!

What time does the event start?
The evening kicks off with a cocktail hour from 6:00pm – 7:00pm. Dinner will be served at 7:00pm with the program beginning at 8:00pm. The After-Party starts around 9:00pm and lasts until 11:30pm.

What time do the doors open? 
Doors will open at 5:45pm to help facilitate check-in.

What is the theme and attire for the event?
While there is no “theme” per se, the REALTOR® Awards Gala is a big, fancy party to celebrate the successes of our industry and kick off 2018 in style! Attire is black tie optional.

What are the menu options?
Snake River Valley Wine Country Salad
Seared Petite Filet Mignon and Scampi Prawns or Seared Cauliflower Steak (Vegetarian Option)
Espresso Chocolate Cake or Key Lime Tart

Can I add an extra seat at my table? 
Unfortunately, no. Due to the size of the event, we are unable to add extra seats to any of the tables. Through the ticket selection process you are able to select seats for your attendees at a neighboring table.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parking garages are located throughout downtown. Check parkboi.com for more information. You can also utilize Lyft, Uber, or local taxis to/from the event, especially if you plan to drink alcohol at the event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes. Tickets are required for admission.

For Gala check-in this year, we’ll be scanning tickets, so you’ll either need a physical print out of your Gala ticket from Eventbrite or have the capability to bring it up on your phone.

Each individual will need their own ticket to get in. If your company bought multiple tickets, those need to be distributed to each attendee prior to the event. Keep in mind, once a ticket has been scanned, it cannot be used again.

What’s the refund policy?
All tickets are nonrefundable.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes. Tickets are transferrable.
